Umami kitchen
Umami Kitchen is the expression of a sensory interior design, whose meaning derives from the discovery of the fifth taste, namely the taste of pleasure, recognized by the Japanese chemist Kikunae Ikeda in the early 1900s. The kitchen environment represents the ultimate space dedicated to the culinary arts and contributes to the creation and mise en place of dishes.
Various perceptions are involved in kitchen design: the design choices invite preparation, sharing, and the exploration of food, with elements such as central islands, snack counters, and tasting areas, as well as details and furnishing accessories that evoke gastronomic traditions, conveying a sense of refined quality and culinary depth.

The custom-made kitchen is crafted from natural oak with copper inserts, ensuring a sophisticated aesthetic and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It is equipped with every comfort and high-end complement, with luxury accessories and appliances that enhance the culinary experience. Designed with advanced technological solutions, it integrates a high-performance lighting system that ensures perfect visual comfort. The island countertop and backsplash, made of Patagonia marble, add a touch of elegance and uniqueness, enhancing the material beauty and functionality of the space.
